The Knights of Cortés meet for breakfast each week and once a month for dinner with spouses or significant others. The first meeting was held on November 19, 2014 at Villa Serena Restaurant.

As of January 23, 2015 the breakfast meetings will be held each Friday morning at 8:30 am.
